Thank you for looking at my personal condo (I am not a property manager) As a private owner here for over 9 years, my mission is to provide:

When visiting Purgatory, Purgatory Lodge is the most desirable location to stay. It is the newest property and as close to the base as possible, just steps away from the lifts. Pricing includes access to all these resort amenities, which are all located in the same building, within a few indoor walking steps of this condo:
-Continental Breakfast offered daily ($5/person via Resort)
-Family Pool Facility
-Adult Spa Area
-Fitness Center/Day Spa
-Family Game Room
-Club Lounge (including private dining area)
-Ski Valet/Locker Room with wood lockers and benches

What makes ours different from others in the Lodge? Custom furnishings, High quality, comfortable beds, quality toilet paper (yes, its true!), extremely clean and well cared for.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING - has kept this condo looking new! No expense has been spared in outfitting our 'home away from home.' This condo overlooks the highly desirable scenery of the Needles Mountains to the south, and the plaza at Purgatory. Staying in the Lodge is the ONLY way to visit Purgatory!

Great Location for attending aountain wedding.
My husband, 2 sons, sister, niece, parents, and I stayed here to attend my brother's wedding. The reception was held in the same building so it was super convenient for us. There was plenty of space for everyone, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were happy with our stay.

This location has all the convenience (shopping ,dining,skiing,entertainment) and the best amenities for Purgatory. We loved being there with family and the unit was amazing and had everything we wanted for the whole trip.

We had a great week stay in this unit- it was nice and spacious- amazing views of the mountains and close to the mountain activities and pool. We would probably stay here again if it's available next time we visit the area.

We had an amazing spring break week in Durango. Our stay in the condo we rented was fantastic. It had wonderful amenities, it was very clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It provided loads of sleeping options so there was plenty of room us. We enjoyed the views and there was parking in the garage. We are already planning next years stay and hope this unit is available.

Great place to stay and enjoy the Purgatory Ski Resort. We came up for another ski trip and the property had everything we needed with wonder views and space for our family to ski and enjoy the resort. The property was fully equipped for us to enjoy evenings relaxing and cooking dinner in the kitchen and the ski locker and garage parking was perfect for our trip! Access and arrival instructions were easy.

Fantastic family trip
This was our first time taking our kids skiing/snowboarding. They had a blast. The location is perfect, and the condo was a treat for all. We had access to the pool, private club, and game room. Jason was very easy to reach and very accommodating. I would definitely book this location again!

We’re love the spaciousness and location of this property. It’s ski in/out with a locker right on the slope yet still quiet as it faces the other direction. Parking is weary with this building also.

Our stay was great! Family got together from Phoenix, Denver and Grand Junction. The condo had plenty of space for all of us. It sometimes is difficult to find house for 3 couples plus few extra. Jason’s place was perfect. Hopefully we can make this a yearly event!
