Exageradamente mal, no nos respetaron la reservación, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel, 4 días antes hablé a este hotel y me confirmaron la reservación y llegando me dijeron que no me tenían registrada la reservación, les pedí si nos podían ayudar a buscar otro hotel, nos dijeron que no. Hoteles.com me confirmó la reservación, me engañaron?
