Brand new townhome across from Purgatory - Hot Tub/Views/Arcade Game/Firepit

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is located just across highway 550 from Purgatory Resort and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less than a 30 minute drive). Relax in the private hot tub on the main deck and enjoy the mountain and slope views and as well as the gas firepit. The townhome is perfect for multiple families as it features 2 living spaces (on different floors). The downstairs living space (adjacent to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms) features an arcade game, card table, TV and Queen Pull Out Sofa.

The townhome features the expected amenities such as WIFI, cable TV, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided), 2 car garage and a fully stocked kitchen.

The townhome is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to the ski lifts but since it is across the road you enjoy the privacy and additional space a townhome affords (it’s part of a duplex). At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It’s only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the home.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club.

Everything is brand new with high end furnishings. The hot tub was wonderful! Can’t say enough great things about our stay. We are already planning to book this place again for a summer get away!

Wasn’t informed that there was construction directly behind the home. The hot tub was so dirty it shut off because the filters were clogged. The house itself was very clean and had everything that was needed for the stay. Except for the noise from the construction and the hot tub I would rate it a 5.

The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook for a large group. We enjoyed the free shuttle service to and from the slopes and the process to book a shuttle was very easy. Beautiful views from the deck with a very nice hot tub to enjoy after a long day of skiing. The layout was perfect for our group of two families. The kids loved the game room with the arcade and plenty of games to play. The third bathroom with a shower made it so nice! We will definitely book this place again!

Amazing Ski Vacation
Can’t say enough great things about our stay. Easy to find. The accommodations and amenities are amazing. Home is new and up to date with beautiful Decor. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Very open floor plan. Kids rooms and games were down stairs and master was on 2nd floor. Kids could play games and not bother the adults. Great view of the slopes from the balcony. We used the Purgatory shuttle to get to the mountain. We were on the ski lift within :15 minutes of the shuttle picking us up. After a day of skiing we spent every afternoon in the Hot tub. Then we had a Pac-Man tournament with the kids. Maybe not our proudest moment, but we taught the kids how to play black jack at the card table. We had a blast and the kids loved it. Had something for everyone! You won’t be disappointed!
