Quiet Setting in Town
The house was situated perfectly for our needs. The house was perfectly situated minutes from fort Lewis College soccer fields. The neighborhood was quiet and the owner was very friendly. If you are looking for a home away from home this is your place.

The place was bigger than it looked online. There were so many unexpected details… hooks, extension cords, many towels, lamps. Just a great, homey and comfortable place in a great location.

Enjoyed our stay at Timothy's casa...very clean and comfortable. The shaded outdoor seating in the fenced yard was a bonus as was being able to love on his two adorable French bulldogs. Great location--in walking distance to many places or a very short drive to others. We'd be happy to stay there again!

Convenient to town with a great patio!
This property is close to town and trails. It has a lovely outdoor patio with shade provided by blooming wisteria that everyone enjoyed immensely! It’s walking distance to bakeries and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Great cozy escape
The house is situated in a great location, not far from main street downtown and Purgatory Ski resort. The owner was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation over a late night fire. We would definitely stay there again.

It's hard to find a place that will accept cats. Bohemian Tree Casa met my needs accepting cats and allowing smoking outside. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you Tim!

Perfect for small group
We had a group of 5 and there was plenty of space. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Owner was responsive to communication and very accommodating.

Property was very well maintained and equipped. We had 2 dogs and there was a secure yard for all of us to enjoy. Great location. Walking distance to a rib/pizza restaurant, mexican place and a bakery. All had outdoor seating so could take the dogs, too.

True Colorado Vibe!
Timothy is an excellent host. The property is secluded and tucked away on fenced property with beautiful outdoor seating under the aspens. Inside, a warm and welcoming 2 bedroom duplex, comfortable seating and beds, fully equipped down to fingernail polish remover! The kitchen and bar area was nice for family time and entertaining. We would definitely stay again if ever vacationing in Durango again. Beautiful memories!
