3 Bed 3 bath + Den Luxury Condo Amazing Views! Sleeps 10

Come stay with us! This Luxury condo, one of the newer properties at Purgatory Resort, offers gorgeous views of the Needles Mountain range from the deck and several rooms. The condo is beautifully decorated and functionally set up to accommodate any grouping of people. From honeymooners to families there is something for all. The kitchen showcases beautiful granite countertops, gas range/oven, dishwasher, reverse Osmosis drinking water system, Keurig and blender. It is stocked with all the necessary cooking spices, pans, dishes, utensils, and can sit 6 at the bar and 6 at the dining table. The living room offers a leather sofa, ottoman and 2 luxurious recliners to relax next to the gas fireplace and take in the beautiful views of Purgatory lake and the Needles Mountains. Dish cable, DVD player, Apple Tv and Netflix can be viewed here as well.

The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and screens on the doors and windows for ventilation in the warmer months. Blissful sleep awaits in the master suite. The Purple king mattress and bamboo sheets invite relaxation. Enjoy the same exhilarating Needles view, gas fireplace and TV in here as well. The master bathroom has a soaking tub and shower. The south side of the condo offers the tree house suites. The guest bedroom views the Needles Mountains as well as the Columbine lift and pine trees adjacent to the building. There is a comfy pillow top king bed, and a Pack-in -play can be found in the closet. The treetop bunk room has 2 twin bunk beds and a trundle offering sleeping for 5. Complimentary lego bins next to the windows for children's enjoyment. There are 2 bathrooms in the main hallway. One with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The den is equipped with a queen pull out sofa bed, TV, Dish cable, wii gaming system, Netflix and DVD player. There are wii games available. In the closet can be found an inflatable queen bed, sheets and pillows.

One of the best perks of staying at this condo in the winter months besides the amazing skiing, snowboarding and winter activities, is the view of the Needles Mountains from the recliners warming by the fire. Just a short 2 minute walk from the front door and up the steps to the plaza and ski lifts, excitement and resort adventures await at any season. Access to the Durango Mountain Club is included! Heated year round pool, hot tub and fitness club.

Wonderful Family Ski Trip
Condo was very clean and accommodating for our family of four plus another family of 5. The views from the balcony are just beautiful. Condo is very convenient to the village and main lodge. You literally just walk up the steps and you are there! Would highly recommend and love how family friendly Purgatory is. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Location & Amenities
This location spoiled our group and we will likely favor ski in/out properties from now on. We loved being able to walk up the stairs to the lifts, come back for lunch and relax in the hot tub after a long day. The property had everything you’d think you’d need to prepare food or just hang out as a group. It accommodated us perfectly and we can’t wait to return for another trip!

Best VRBO yet!
Not only were the owners of the condo extremely responsive and thorough, the condo itself was so welcoming, fully stocked, beautifully decorated and was in a great location. The patio overlooked the mountains and a small lake, there was a parking spot in a card entry garage and there was secure entry into the complex and the condo. It was a true getaway and perfectly located to easily do day trips. We loved every minute!

Summer Escape
We had two families with kids 7,8, and 10. Everything about the property was perfect. From the views to the numerous activities at the resort and in Durango. The condo had towels for the pool, and pantry staples, and was a short walk to the shops of Purgatory. We will definitely be back.

Holiday weekend stay
Really nice and plenty of room for all. Beautiful views! The layout gives a lot of privacy and the 3 baths were really nice. We would stay here again. Unfortunately purgatory isn’t opening for the summer until June 18! so not alot to do there but they have been set back with staffing for the maintenance so understandable and the pool was open so kids were happy.

Perfect Condo
This condo exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly clean and the views from the balcony and windows are amazing. Loved the equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved all the toys,wii and games to play with. It was pretty dreamy after a long day of skiing to sit by the fire and watch a movie in the living room. Wonderful!!
Beautiful place with a great view of the mountains! We had 9 people in our group. There was plenty of seating for all of us to eat dinner together. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. Everything was very clean. The condo was very nicely decorated and it was very relaxing to sit in the living room and watch the hummingbirds come sip nectar from the flowers we picked on the patio.

Great location, perfect condo!
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. The listing was spot on and there were no surprises. It was so convenient to be on the mountain and within a minute or two walk of the main ski lift. I definitely recommend getting any groceries you need when you first arrive and before going up the mountain as it's about 20 or so minutes to the nearest grocery store. The kids loved the bunk beds and the supplied games and toys. Plenty of space to spread out and the ski/snowboard area outside the front door was so nice and convenient. We especially loved being able to turn the fireplace on to warm up after a long day skiing. We would definitely stay here again!
