Getting out of the heat!
We loved our stay! We live in Phoenix and it’s super hot. We enjoyed Kayaking, Golf and good food and drinks on our trip. We do ski in Durango but have never been in the summer. We will be back!

Beautiful View
Our condo had a beautiful view of the golf course. It was very well decorated, and the bed was comfortable. We loved the workout area and got fun, too! We will come again!

Not a single plow pass while there. Quite a mess trying to leave in 15" of snow.Getting the the lodge activity center(pool, spa, sauna, weights,etc) is to walk outside without a sidewalk and no snow removal. No restaurant services to speak of! And no bar to hang out and relax. Be ready to stay in your room.

Pleasant stay
This was our first time to Durango and Tammaron was recommended to us by friends. It worked out perfectly for our needs - it was between the mountain and the town, it had a great fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool and a delicious restaurant! The room was just as pictured. It was comfortable and practical. The management company was responsive. Upon arrival I noticed the carafe for the coffee pot was broken and they kindly delivered a new one. My only critical feedback would be that I wish there was an after hours number in the event of an emergency. We did encounter a little plumbing emergency late at night and could not get ahold of anybody. Thankfully the front desk was able to help me out and called back their maintenance man. Overall it was a great trip and I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 504 for 3 weeks, to visit grandkids and ride out bikes. What a GREAT condo. The unit had everything you would need for a long stay except for 1. a tea kettle (but we expected that and took our own) and 2. cleaning equipment. We visited in June and the sun made it very warm inside. Old incandescent bulbs didn't help. You could feel the heat turning on the lights in the bathroom or over the table. We visited Basecamp and Mineshaft restaurants and both we excellent. Tamarron needs a bike rack outside and better internet.

Nice place to stay
Property was as described and in good order and very clean for us. It was a very comfortable unit for two. We did very much enjoy the location and setting. It was convenient for visiting four corners attractions. My only complaint was probably with the management company. The instructions said only a small supply of paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, dishing washing tabs and DW soap would be available and to replenish as needed. I noticed part of our fees for the stay included about $250 for management. So—they have a large facility and many customers allowing management of their rentals, and they can’t afford to supply these products for a week or two stay(we had a five night stay.) This really did annoy me as these products purchased in bulk are quite affordable. But for trip to buy small quantities on vacation—not cool. So I simply included a small sack of these items in my packing, and replaced their items with mine for the stay and replaced their inferior products when we left. Now, there was actually plenty of space and supply of extra items in our unit. So, this is all management and obviously nothing to do with the owners. On the other hand, I didn’t have to put up with cheap paper products for the visit either.

Durango get away
Nice comfort studio accommodations with a full kitchen. Room size was nice and we had a nice view of the mountains and golf course. Some distance from Durango and not many dining sites nearby. Nice amenities at the resort. We we able to explore Mesa Verde, Silverton and Ouray and the surrounding mountains. Check in was fast and easy.

Wonderful Stay!

Reviewer Comments: During this pandemic we needed to travel by car and still practice social distancing we picked Durango, CO, a 7 hr drive from the hot temps of AZ. We are outdoorsy people and just wanted a cool place to rock climb, hike, golf and just be outside with each other as it was our 5 year anniversary. We rented a vacation condo for a week at Tamarron Lodge, did our grocery shopping and just played outside from sun up to sun down. Our unit was the perfect size, quiet, clean and stocked for us with the daily things we needed, we even had great views of the golf course. We had a great time and would do it again. Thanks for a memorable vacation even in these times of stress and hardship with the pandemic. We made a trip to Ouray and did the first of its kind Via Ferrata class 4b and I would highly recommend it. It was amazing and the highlight of our trip. Also would recommend the hike down to Cascade Creek to see the waterfall and jump in the frigid clean mountain water.

Nice quiet stay

Nice place- little out of the way but not terrible.
Restaurant on property is good but closes early. Its about 20-25 mins to town and 10-15 to Purgatory. Hot tub is nice, but small and every guest tries to squeeze into it right after the slopes close. Could use a bigger pool/tub area.
