"Such a beautiful property and cabin. Feels like you are in the middle of no where minutes from town. Great views. The cabin was very clean and stocked with the things you need. Whether it’s sitting by a fire, watching a movie, or playing cards there is room to do all. It was a very short trip into town to eat lunch and shoot some pool. Will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. "

"Lovely historic hotel with modern amenities in the heart of a small town on the river front. Once checked in I could have all of my needs met by foot! A nice brewery, restaurants and the river front all within a mile. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Hours are spotty, but I did get to enjoy both the basement Speakeasy as well as the dining room for breakfast. Wonderful stay overall."

"The Sunday breakfast was outstanding as was their service. I don’t know if that’s available during the week as there don’t seem to be any other breakfast options in town. Not having any hotel staff onsite was unusual but must be the only viable way of keeping the hotel going. "

"The building is very old on the inside.It has lots and lots of character. The dining room is beautiful. The outside looks real modern. It was just a little too antique-ish. "

"We stayed over a particularly cold week in January and had the huge beautiful fireplace going the entire time. It felt magical to have the crackle and the warmth of the fire. We absolutely hope to be back again! "
