"We only stayed at the Peaks one night because our condo wasn’t available the first night we needed lodging. The accommodations were really nice! Our microwave/convection oven would not come on, but since we were only there one night we didn’t bring it up with the staff. Dinner downstairs was pretty good and the bed was very comfortable. "

"Purgatory and Durango are just so beautiful. This single room condo was all we needed to support our visit. Excellent confort of the (not cheap -we checked) pullout couch, and great orientation and access. As another reviewer said, fits the description well. Owner was very courteous and responsive, we also enjoyed the pool."

"The property is in a nice quiet location and close to Mountain Village. We parked their and took the gondolas into town each day - super convenient! The property itself has plenty of space for our group of six adults. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and a brand-new washer and dryer. The movie room was a nice bonus. Definitely some things that could use maintenance but nothing that detracted from our stay. Everyone in our group enjoyed themselves and got in plenty of steps (the house is on a hillside and has may levels). We would stay here again."

"We had a family reunion with our son and daughter and their families ( 12 people). The house is spacious with lots of areas for different activities. We cooked several meals during our stay and the kitchen is large enough for several people to cook together. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"We had the most amazing stay! The staff was super friendly, helpful and prompt. The town was cute and fun - check out the Detroit style pizza at brown dog pizza! The room was magical with the fireplace, the views and the alpine berry tea! We also had the most amazing breakfast at The View restaurant - must have the brioche French toast. This was our most favorite one night stay of a 7 day road trip! "
