"This was a last minute trip, we wanted guest house that was near hotel, not far to walk into centre. A quiet location, street parking but seemed safe, just look out for permit parking signs(guest house did give us plenty of information) a good breakfast, so quite a good stay. There was just a couple of things that hadn't been done, mirror in bathroom still had marks on it and there was used and empty complementary toiletries still in the shower, it wasn't a problem but just wasn't nice to see. "We had a lovely two days in Linton and Lynmouth and North Walk House was perfect for a quiet weekend away for me and my wife. We were really well looked after and the room had wonderful sea views as did the drawing room juts across the corridor. "Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone ! The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom 3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing .
