This sprawling Rainbow River Estate sits on 9 acres of land & has over 220' of riverfront on the beautiful clear blue waters of the Rainbow River. The main house features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, with an expansive screened porch for dining al fresco or grilling out. Guest cottage features another 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with total room for 24+. This estate has all the luxuries you need for a fun trip- shuffleboard, basketball, cornhole, fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, ping pong, darts, fishing gear, games, movies, smart TVs, & more!!! This property is also centrally located, with walk-ability to several local restaurants, and a 5 minute drive to the Dunnellon Historic Shopping District, more groceries and restaurants. A short 10 minute drive to the KP Hole or Florida Blue Springs Park at the river head, there are also bike and hiking trails nearby.
