"Our stay in Magherafelt was lovely in every way. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Our hosts, Siobhan and John, were simply wonderful. They greeted us, gave us a tour of the house, explained any thing we may have needed to know and answered all questions we had. They had some local goodies for us to try and a wee milk in the fridge for our mornings. The house was decorated very cute. The front porch had lovely views for us to enjoy our morning coffee. "This is a great place I'd bringing minimal luggage. Very difficult getting large luggage up the many stairs. As we were out and about the place was perfect with the three bedrooms. Rooms were very warm even after turning off heaters and opening windows. Be prepared if hot sleeper. Must bring someone tall along if using shower and putting on fan. But more explanation needed on how to use shower for those of us from the US. Host was very accommodating and helpful as we had separate arrivals...

"We chose Magherafelt as it is central and every part of the province is accessible for a day out by car. Off road parking is a bonus. Access to the house was easy using the key safe. The pictures and description on the website were accurate and the house was spotlessly clean. The wifi was very good. It is an easy walk to the town centre where we had a choice of several restaurants. There are supermarkets close by for stocking up provisions. My only quibble was the kitchen and living room...
