"Very cool accomodation in the old Church. Respectfully kept some of the gestures of the church like some of the beams and rafters and the stained glass. Great communication with the owners who were very accomodating to our requests Thanks so much"

"Loved our three night stay at Bluestone On George. Our room was on the third floor with a small balcony. Location was very walkable to nearby restaurants and the Octagon though walking up from the street to the hotel entrance can be a little steep for some. Convenient On-Site parking. Our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Location is convenient to visiting nearby sites and reasonable drives to Moeraki, The Royal Albatross Centre or a nice days outing to Nugget Point Lighthouse. "

"Nice looking hotel but the the room had too much furniture and bathroom is too small. A bit noisy too from street noise. Staff were amazing - from reception to the conference staff to the food and beverage staff to check out. "

"It’s an old building with charm and character. Well situated to the Octagon and other city tourist sites. Parking on the street. Rooms and beds are small but adequate. Appeared to have a well patronised restaurant. Lovely aromas greeted you at the door. The doors and lift shut earlier than advised. "
