Tucked in the heart of Dundee this home has it all. As you will find, there are countless upgrades and customizations throughout, along with all new décor and furnishing. The backyard has been turned into an oasis of relaxation and entertainment. Whether it be lounging under the sun or under the cover of the gazebo, there is a place for everyone.

The detached 'garage' opens up into another location to enjoy some billiards while watching the game or just relax and take it all in. When the mood strikes, take a dip into the hot tub under the the bistro lights. The interior garage offers some ping pong and fun for everyone. Without a doubt, this location is a perfect location for your group any time of the year.

Entering the home, the cozy living area is directly connect to the living and dining area. Every meaningful aspect of the home has been upgraded. The furnishing and décor has been curated to create the perfect blend of style and comfort. The chef's kitchen is waiting for your culinary creations.

The sleeping areas are on the second floor along with the two full bathrooms. There are four distinct bedrooms with the primary bedroom having an en-suite bathroom. The other large bedroom has two additional queen beds connected by a sliding door making it a flexible option for families with kiddos, young adults, or anyone needing a bit of extra sleeping space.

While you are just a few minutes drive from countless vineyards, you are just 2-3 blocks away from the Red Hills Market, Dundee Bistro, Tina's, and tasting rooms. It is almost impossible to find another home with so many amenities, such an incredible location, combined with the thought and care to create such an amazing escape to explore everything the Willamette Valley and the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Excellent family stay
We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Especially the back yard and pool table room! We were in town for a college graduation and this was a perfect place for our family. The home had plenty to do and was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing House in Wine Country
This house is wonderful! It had all the amenities my family needed to be comfortable, plus a few fun things like a hot tub, pool table and ping pong table. It's also surrounded by plenty of wineries and restaurants that are within walking distance from the house.

Great Weekend Getaway
This house was the perfect set-up for a girl's weekend. The house was clean and had everything you would want. Plus the proximity to the town made it easy to walk to wineries and restaurants. The property owners also have deals with local wineries and we have discovered new favorites!

Loved staying here with my family for a wine tasting weekend! The hosts were super quick to respond to any questions or reservation updates. The house is perfect for a family getaway. Long fall weekend
Had a lovely time, enjoyed the spa and game room. The house has a few little quirks but overall a nice stay. I was visiting for a family event but I imagine it’s the perfect spot for some winery visits and day trips to Portland. It was great!

We loved our stay. The beds were some of the comfiest I have slept in. A lot of room for people to sleep and relax. VERY well stocked kitchen. Loved the fire pit. It was very clean when we arrived and I felt like care went into the home.

Lovely Dundee Home
We were there for a girls trip and loved the house. There were plenty of kitchen utensils as well as lots of silverware and dishes. The hot tub was perfect and the neighborhood was great proximity to wineries and a few restaurants. The house served us well and we'd stay here again for sure!

The house was nice, but the selling factor here is definitely the location. Within walking distance to Red Hills market and a quick drive to many Dundee wineries. We would stay here again for this great location. We did enjoy the hot tub and ping pong table a lot, though there was only 1 non-broken ball to play with. Overall, a good enough house and great location.

Great Location for Wine and Hiking Group
We had a great stay. The property is just as the pictures show, everything was clean and well-kept, and the gathering spaces were very spacious and able to fit our group of 10. The beds were also comfy. Great location for visiting wineries as well as being not too far from some great hiking locations (we visited Silver Falls State Park, it was beautiful). The property group was very communciative as well. All in all, great property!

Thanksgiving at Kef House
We loved our family Thanksgiving at the Kef House in Dundee! The house was spotless on arrival & the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance, and so many vineyards to visit for tastings. We checked out the air & space museum too. Played ping pong & spent time in the hot tub, hung out by the fire. A great stay in Oregon wine country!

Great Place - Good Location
We had a groups of friends on a wine tasting adventure - we enjoyed the space the house offered; plenty of bedrooms; great outdoor space to hang out; the kitchen was extremely well stocked; it is pet friendly; we had a fun time with some ping pong - the list goes on! The location in Dundee makes it walkable to food/town wineries - but it also central for a good starting spot to head out to others! The only downfall would be the bedroom with three beds can be a little warm/not a lot of ventilation (but probably only an issue in the summer). Thanks for a great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! There was plenty of space for my family of 7. Could have easily fit more. Check in & out was easy. I wish the thermostat didn’t keep resetting to 64. It was a bit chilly. I could have spent time learning how to work their smart thermostat, but I was being a bit lazy. Other than that our stay went really well!

Two couples stayed for a wine tasting weekend. House is close to great wineries and walking distance to downtown. We did third Thursday wine and art. The house had ample disheS, BBQ, and ping pong tables in the garage. We would have liked more full size hangers, and local channels. The lawn was dead, so the outdoor experience was not as great as the inside. We used Sunshine Limo Tours for two days of tasting. Top notch.

Used the house for my daughter’s wedding at the Champoeg State Park, close to the location, very clean and comfortable and we absolutely love the place! Will stay here again and take advantage of the beautiful backyard. We forgot something at the house and they were very kind to let us back into the house or offered to ship it back to us if we didn’t have time to go back. Only thing that was an issue was the upstairs hall bathroom door handle fell of a couple times so we put it back on a couple times. Completely minor issue.
