You are just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the lovely coastal suburb of Broughty Ferry, with food shops, cafes and boutiques, and another few minutes’ walk takes you to the picturesque harbour and shoreline. Families will love the excellent children’s playpark at nearby Castle Green and beach.
On the seafront the striking Broughty Castle is well worth a visit. Dating back to 1490, it originally protected the Tay estuary, and now houses a museum which explains the history of this pretty fishing village.
Broughty Ferry train station is just minutes away. Plus, being just four miles from the city of Dundee, there are excellent road, rail and air links making for straightforward travel. The property is close to local bus routes and National Cycle Network Route 1 giving access to coastal cycling routes.
