One Rhythm Villa is located on the North Coast of the island between Montego Bay and Ochio Rios. Jamaica, the island of “One Love”.

With its stunning natural beauty, endless sunshine and turquoise colored Sea, JAMAICA is a perfect choice for those looking to unwind. Along with delicious food and reggae tunes.
One Rhythm Vacation villa on the Caribbean Sea comes with housekeeper, Ms. Annette OR Ms. Sandra. Ms Annette's chef services are included in the price of the villa. (you purchase groceries, she will prepare meals for you.) She will shop with you , if you wish. The local supermarket also delivers to the villa.

Staff driver, Kirk, is available for airport transfers ($75), from Montego Bay. Also any other transportation needs you desire. (fees apply depending on where you want to go.) VIP ARRIVAL SERVICE through the airport, immigration and customs is available for scheduling upon request.
Ms Annette awaits your arrival and will enhance your stay in Jamaica.

The villa is about 80 to 100 from the beach. Just a short distance.
'One Rhythm' villa holds a sense of ease and privacy about itself, surrounded with tropical trees and flower gardens.

Part of the allure of a Caribbean vacation is the friendliness of the island people themselves and you will experience this at One Rhythm Villa.
Live music, dance, and local artists are all available for your delight, if you so desire.

Next door, from the fishermans beach, fresh fish and lobster can be delivered to you daily, upon request. The average price for lobster and fish from the fisherman, is estimated at $15 per pound approximately, at this time. This price is subject to change.
On the beach is Julites restaurant where you will get the best fried chicken on the island. Along with the seaside breeze and the pleasure of visiting with Julite herself makes this A true local dining experience.
Also Leroy’s beach bar/restaurant and Toddlers bar offers music, drinks and friendly locals. All within walking distance from the villa. You will find that the area is safe and friendly, and we encourage you to enjoy it all. Spa services available upon request.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at One Rhythm Villa. Ms Annette’s cooking and hospitality was amazing. The nearby local establishments were very accommodating and friendly. With being steps away from the beach, the location couldn’t be better for rest and relaxation.

Fantastic Jamaican Experience
Our family had an amazing stay in Duncan’s! Great location close to the beach. Easy to go back to villa for meals. Miss Anette was so kind, caring and wonderful to be around. The air conditioned rooms were so comfortable. I could go on and on. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Password was incorrect. TV had no instructions and we could not figure it out. Annette had someone come fix but we were without it 2 days. Ad shows the place sleeps 5 ppl. Shows air conditioning but when you arrive, its in the bedrooms its only for sleeping

Amazing vacation
First off ms Annette is wonderful she was alway on top of everything helping making arrangements for our travels or adventures. Plus wonderful meals. We had two weeks of total relaxation . The water or just laying around relaxing in the beautiful yard. . Whenever I call the host she always answers right away thanks for everything. Beautiful all the way around

The location is convenient - close to the beach, airport, ben down market, fishing boats and a few establishments. The house is comfortable - cool, modern, spacious, quality, and outside spaces. The cook, Miss Annette, cared for us beyond our expectations - warm hospitality, flexibility, delicious Jamaican food, clean rooms, and she became our friend. The entire stay was a blessing!

Rythm One Villa
The ocean was amazing, coral reef just outside of the property on the beach. The locals are very friendly. Ms. Annette is an excellent cook and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! We would love to come back again!

Paradise Destination
From the booking to the departure everything was fantastic. Karen was a pleasure to work with & even had a cake waiting for my birthday. Ms. Annette is heaven sent. She took very good care of us. Kirk was extremely helpful & came back for multiple trips to town for us. Maurice & his services were the best. All I wanted to do was relax & de”stress” & that’s exactly what One Rhythm allowed me to do. I will be coming back & highly recommend this villa.

The best of Jamaica
We had the best time at the villa. Ms. Annette took great care of us. She is a phenomenal cook and the best person ever. The drivers Kirk and Pablo were fun and patiently waiting us while we did excursions. If you are looking for fun and relaxation please visit One Rhythm villa!!!

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at One Rhythm Villa. Ms. Annette took great care of our family. We rented a car for the week and explored Ochi, MoBay, and Falmouth and had a great time doing the river and waterfalls. Duncan’s Bay beach was beautiful, never crowded and the little beach bar (Leroy’s) was a great place to chill. We wish we could stay forever. This place is a little piece of paradise.

Beach Front Property
This listing was everything it said it was and much more. Host was very accommodating and extremely responsive. Ms. Annette who cooked our meals everyday was a treat to converse with and her cooking was great as well. This place was like being on your own private beach, no crowds and no haggling with local sellers. Our two children 9 and 13 were not bored for a second in the 7 days we were there. We will definitely be going back.

I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have a very real Jamaican holiday, not an all inclusive cookie cutter vacation. From booking to leaving, this rental has it all! Miss Annette was out of this world. Her and Kirk, the driver catered to everything imaginable! 2 weeks of heaven!

1st time in Jamaica
The property is beautiful, extremely close to the beach & local bars. Ms Annette took care of our every need/want. We were completely spoiled by her. And because of this, we got to experience some of Jamaica’s local flair without the tourist side of things. I highly recommend On Rhythm Villa & of course, Ms Annette!!! We’ll be back!!

Everything you need to relax
We spend a week at One Rhythm and it was exactly as described. The beach is just a short walk away and it not busy (mostly just other vacationers staying at nearby rentals). This was our first time staying somewhere with a housekeeper/cook and it was wonderful not to have to worry about making dinner or cleaning up after meals. Miss Annette took care of us well. She is wonderful, but I will say it took a few days for her to fully warm up to us (or the other way around). Kurt was great as our driver to/from the airport and grocery store. We only ended up doing one day off of the property (to Ocho Rios) which Kurt drove us to and waited patiently for us during our lunch and river tubing.

One rhythm Villa
First time to Jamaica chose one rhythm villa. Was first picked up at the airport by our driving services which was greatly helpful. Kirk is an amazing dependable driver. Then arrived at the villa only to be welcomed by miss Annette, who had a meal already prepared for us. She is an amazing woman makes you feel welcomed safe, and is full of local experience and knowledge which helped us navigate our stay. miss Annette and Kirk took us to the grocery store. She helped us shop for the week after that we stayed at the villa because it’s that beautiful and the beach is amazing. We had one excursion but other than that we stayed right at the villa it’s everything it describes to be, and then some.! can’t speak highly enough on one rhythm missi Annette and Kirk, the driver. The locals are amazingly friendly! We fell in love with the dogs.lol will totally be returning

Beach Paradise Home Away From Home
My mother & I had a wonderful time. Miss Annette was the absolute main reason our month long stay was comfortable & beautiful. She took amazing care of us. I’ve been in the hospitality management industry for over 20 years & know how hard it can be to consistently give exceptional service. Miss Annette was 5 Stars! Our group received the best treatment right from connecting with Karen on prearrangements and excellent pointers for traveling and entertainment. From the airport with smiling Kirk driving us safely on the left side of the road. Pointing out interesting landmarks. Meeting Miss Annette, the heart of the villa with open doors and open arms. She keeps ahead of everyone’s needs, whether dinner requests or guiding someone home from Leroy’s. All our wishes and dreams for a fantastic vacation came true. We are making plans for a return trip. Beautiful property but poor water pressure
My sister & I really liked the property but was uncomfortable with finding out a stranger, housekeeper, came with the rental. Although the housekeeper was a helpful person, it felt awkward. We enjoyed eating mangoes every day & tasting the almonds from the almond tree in the yard. The yard is very beautiful & relaxing. We also enjoyed watching the local carver create their art.

The villa was clean and comfortable. It was great to have AC in the bedrooms for sleeping comfortably. We really enjoyed Miss Annette and Miss Sandra's cooking but would have like a little more privacy. The beach is beautiful and very clean. We could have done with a little less wind but I think it was unusually windy while we were there. We loved the local vibe and really enjoyed being so close to the fishing village. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We never felt unsafe. Snorkeling was okay, not the best conditions with the wind but it was convenient to get a boat ride to the reef. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Healing in the Caribbean Sea
I came across this vrbo while googling in grief, I wanted to get away so badly when my pup passed away from kidney disease from Lyme, it was a hard time and i lost my rental home a month later in a fire. I thankfully dove in and booked this and took the risk, as i do not travel abroad often. From the woman who helped us at the airport, Charrett to the Driver Kirk and Ms. Annette the house manager, everyone was a gift on the trip. My boyfriend and i were safe, bellies always full, and the area and peace of the private beach was all the healing i needed. The love and care of the residents and generous hearts of the community around this villa, is what living a good life is all about! Thank you so much for this stay and the healing vibes we swam around in all week!

Best Vacation Ever!
One snowy lazy February morning I idly Googled "secluded, beachfront, island," and up popped One Rhythm Villa! I wasn't planning a vacation and certainly not one to this extent, however, within 3 days, I was looking forward to my spur of the moment vacay at ORV! Everything and everyone are as stated in all the reviews. Kudos to Karen for arranging everything (what a godsend, talk about elimination of major stress) , Miss Annette is a real jewel in everything she does, Kirk and Kirk (his brother from another mother) were topnotch! Could go on and on, but everything from the beautiful Villa (indoors and out) to Miss Annette's fabulous Jamaican meals, to the local flair of the area and people (including those lovable beach pooches) is unforgettable!
