"This property was great for our family gathering on the lake that had a lot of memories for our family. Dave’s house is large, well stocked and in a beautiful location. The house had everything we needed and my toddler nephew was surprised to find his favorite toys already at the house and my kids spent hours on the netted trampoline. Dave was also kind to help accommodate a family member with mobility limitations by furnishing a lower bed for her to sleep on as the master bedroom had a high bed frame. A great time was had by all."

"This cabin was perfect for us! We wanted to get away for a few days to go fishing and this cabin matched all of our needs! The cabin is cozy, cute, clean, and it was so nice to have the little extra necessities available in cabinets in case we needed them! As long as you bring food, you’re pretty much good to go! Otherwise there’s a restaurant very close by! We made many wonderful memories here and we definitely plan on coming back. Scott was great to work with and very kind! You won’t regret staying here :)"

"The cabin and property exceeded our expectations. The kids loved exploring the swamp area and the sandy beach was perfect. The cabin layout was spacious and ideal for a family. The lake is great for fishing, cruising, and water sports. Highly recommend this property for a family getaway."

"House is nicely appointed. Good views of lake particularly during the morning sunrise. Fairly steep walk down to lake. Can be slippery after rain. However, it’s beautiful. Be aware that the road into the property is fairly narrow and dirt and spots are muddy if wet, but not in any way impassable, just rustic. However, it would be difficult to bring a large boat onto the property and be able to turn around or maneuver it. You’d be better off launching from Pike Hole Resort or Cass Lake and bringing trailer only to park on the property. Dock is nice. We enjoyed our stay! Primarily a fishing trip. Kitchi provided ample perch (actually quite tasty), some walleye (we were not particularly successful, not that others were not), and northern pike. One complaint I would have is that owners should update site description. There is no hot tub as advertised, and I would not call the area by the dock as a beach. Otherwise, as a retreat, nice!"
