"The hotel met our needs well. Reception was easy as the person on duty was fluent in English. Other non-english speakers did their best to be helpful .... but it was problematic when we became stuck in the lift.
Breakfast was limited, with no coffee readily available the first morning
nonetheless lake views more or less made up for shortcomings"
