"This was a nice surprise- not an outdated older pub hotel experience, very nicely updated rooms and bathroom - the tub was actually large enough to take real bath if you wanted to! Having breakfast included was great, and it was cooked to order... lots of options and not just the 'English" breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Kid and dog friendly as well."

"Me and my wife loved our stay here. We came for the Christmas market and this was the perfect location with just a couple of minuets walk. Our room was amazing and had everything we needed and more, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was beautiful, one of the best breakfasts we've had and having it served in our room was and very nice touch. "We have visited this property a couple of times before booking a long weekend stay. I can not speak highly enough of the staff and the food! The room was clean and comfortable, the tiniest issue I had (it’s really small!) is that the bathroom door could not be closed and the fridge in the room would cone on periodically (which for a light sleeper can be a bit of an issue).
