"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. "This circa 1700’s village was both interesting and beautiful. The staff was very caring and communicative. Parking was great once you can find it. The walls are a bit thin so noise travels but guests were respectful and that was the only downside. The bed was xcelle t and a FAN was provided in room. Nearby restaurants were excellent and the towns on the coast were really fun to visit. Truly a highlight of our trip. "

"Both bedrooms smelled very bad because of the bathroom pipes. We felt we slept in a sewer. Terrible night sleep because windows had to be opened and there were a lot of mosquitoes coming in the room. We woke up with multiple mosquito bites. Also, when booking it did not state an additional charge for a late check, but we were told that there would be a late check charge after 9pm. "

"Deberían mejorar las instalaciones o bajar el precio, solo un espejo y pequeño, te cobran por traerte el desayuno que ya has pagado y para nuestro gusto le faltó algo de bollería y más café, poner un bar o un restaurante por que cuando quieres comer o cenar tienes que irte a buscar algo y en Carnota en invierno no es agradable, lo mejor el personal, eso si que es de 10!
