"We stayed for two nights at the Snug as part of a five-day trip around the area. It was the most considered accommodation we stayed in throughout our visit. Karen has thought of everything; from decor, to items you might need to quickly get a stain out of clothes, it was all there. Despite a bit of a mix-up during the booking process, Karen communicated excellently during our stay and was on hand if we needed anything.
