"This was our second stay at the property. We received a warm welcome as usual and checked into our spacious family room. The hotel is clean but a little tired in places. We're happy to see that they are undertaking a refurbishment and look forward to seeing the results next year. The location is outstanding; a short walk from the beach and high street. The pool, hot tub and sauna are a fantastic bonus. Breakfast is lovely and plenty of it. We love our stays here and the character of an older property."

"The service and little touches especially for the kids (kids corner, a token for the kids to spend at the bar to get a choice from a list of chocolates, activity pack, juice etc), free cookies and still water that was topped up daily, lovely buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. "Stayed for 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter and nearly 80 year old mother and both felt catered for and had a lot of fun. The food was excellent, however waiting staff in the evening were a little slow. The activities and facilities are vast. We were fortunate to have Liam as our Activity lead and he was absolutely brilliant. Patient, funny, spoke to each age group with the right level of explanations and despite no one knowing each other in each class, by the end we were all championing each other... that was down to him, so thank you."
