New Stylish, Modern Sunrise Adventure House

Opening Feb. 1, 2024, Riverwest Adventure House is part of the brand new Riverwest Vacation Rental Development at the base of Spirit Mtn in Duluth, MN. Ski Hut and Burnett Dairy are currently building their newest stores and will be a wonderful addition for our guests. Riverwest is the perfect location to bike, hike, walk, climb, ski, snowboard, cross country ski, enjoy great food and family fun! With beautiful views of the St. Louis River for fishing and kayaking as well! The Adventure House will sleep 14 people and be a great place for family, friends and teams to enjoy!

This property was exactly as it was listed. A very nice home is a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rebook this home again. Very easy to find, very easy check in process. The host was always in contact to see if we need anything.

Beautiful new property, well stocked
Our family stayed here with a group of 11. We had plenty of space. The facility is brand new, it is well stocked in the kitchen items, with many small appliances, spices utensils, etc. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities that were supplied by the host. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Just a few minutes outside of town and at the base of spirit mountain. Our kids really enjoyed Spirit mountain so that was a plus for us. I would highly recommend this property to families.

Beautiful property. We were able to fit all of us, ages 3 to 73 comfortably. The house was well equipped for cooking for a group. Close to places we wanted to visit in and near Duluth. Trails near by for walking.
