Located overlooking Duluth's busy harbor, Suite Betty is located near all of Duluth's main attractions. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 sink vanity and handicapped shower. Apartment is also equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Fold down queen sized sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Free WiFi and Cable TV included. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom for streaming your favorite shows. Located on a cul de sac, the house is steps away from the Duluth Hiking Trail and Biking Trail and 5 minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park, 1/2 mile from the Heritage Hockey Center and 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain. Paved off-street parking is provided.

The property also has much green space with several seating areas, a BBQ grill, a firepit and a swing set. Yard games are also available upon request.

Please note that our property is licensed and inspected annually by the Minnesota Department of Health and the City of Duluth Fire & Safety Department . We use cleaning and disinfectant products and guidelines recommended by the CDC. The apartment is completely self contained and has it’s own private entrance and heating, cooling and ventilation system. We have contactless check in and check out.

Wonderful VRBO Property
This was a very clean and cute cottage to stay in for the weekend! We enjoyed the view and appreciated the little touches they had for the renter- a binder full of good info for the area and an array of Keurig choices! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect weekend get away
Suite Betty was the perfect place to stay for our family’s weekend get away to Duluth for a college graduation. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located within a short driving distance to major attractions in Duluth. The Betty Suite was about as sweet as the hosts Bill and Pat. This apartment was clean, and very well maintained. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, we would highly recommend it for your next trip to Duluth.

What a Gem!
We have been visiting Duluth for several years. Suite Betty is one of the best places we have stayed. I almost hate to give it high praise because I want it to be kept a secret. It is super clean, cozy, comfortable and well priced. The property has a huge wooded yard with a bluff as a backdrop. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is well appointed.

A wonderful find
What a lovely little gem to have found in Duluth. The rental is tucked away up the hill, with beautiful surroundings, and a great view, while also being close to many attractions. Everything was so incredibly clean and inviting, and the hosts were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay, and will return in the future.
