"Our family of 4 spent 3 weeks here, and it was a great base for us while I worked and my spouse and kids relaxed and explored the area. The co-working space was very convenient for me, and we used the pool and soccer court almost every day. The view of the city and volcano in the distance was spectacular, as the condo is on the 12th floor. And the washer/dryer in the condo was a huge asset! "We were very happy with the accommodations. The property was well maintained with lots of restaurants close by. We found a few local restaurants that were less expensive and with excellent food. Felt safe walking the streets during the day. We did not venture out at night much put that was our choice."

"The property seems to look great but the property manager and host was not in communication the entire process leading up to our arrival. We were given no instructions on how to access our unit and was told by Vrbo that our reservation was canceled while we were at the front gate of the building. This is unacceptable and no one should try to make reservations at this property ever!"
