"A sanctuary within a busy large town. Very clean and super helpful Staff. The food, whether breakfast, lunch or supper was delicious and tasty. On the flip side, in areas it was tired and out of 3 different rooms, the shower/ bath combo always wanted to leak. All in all, a very good hotel to rest and recuperate after scaling Mt Kilimanjaro "

"Great hotel, awesome service, smiles all around. Only drawback was sparsity of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Be patient at the restaurant, food is great, service is awesome, but it takes a bit of time to get your food. Pôlé Pôlé. "

Comfortable, convenient hotel in Arusha

"We had a great stay at the Kibo Palace. It was a great place to get some rest after a long flight, walkable to town where we enjoyed the Natural History Musuem and central market, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with a good mix of local options, and a decent room. The pool hours were limited but otherwise a great stay. The hotel allowed us to keep the same room as we arrived a day early for our safari and only one night was part of the safari."
