The 2 desk clerks I observed had polar styles one was mostly "by the book' and looking from managements perspective... The other was more personable relating to a guest. A good mix to have on a team working together. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed breakfast each morning outside on the large covered porch. The location was good. We had a wedding to attend in Porterville and went the other direction for a day in the mountains. We even drove to the coast for a beach day."

Plenty of room/beds, stunning 360 degree panoramic views, and there was plenty to keep us occupied, so we enjoyed the lack of television on the property. I absolutely plan to stay here again. I briefly ran into Ryan upon arriving at the property. He was extremely pleasant, provided us with some basic arrival info, and left us alone for the remainder of the stay. My dog throughly enjoyed the cattle and chipmunks roaming through the property and orchards."
