This custom, off-grid yurt is secluded in the mountains of Southern Utah just 25 miles above Zion National Park. Enjoy the natural beauty all around while nestled between the pine and aspen trees on a family owned ranch. Views of the pink cliffs and mountains from the deck are spectacular! After a day in the nearby National Parks, retreat to your own slice of heaven and enjoy the cool evening breeze, amazing views, and wildlife that live there.
The yurt was hand built by the owners, with much of the lumber sourced and milled right on the ranch, from trees that were killed by the pine beetle. It is completely off the utility grid and powered by the sun with a green energy solar system that allows for all the comforts of home.
The yurt includes:
Master bedroom with a king bed
Queen pull down murphy bed in the family room
Two full beds in the loft and two more roll out pads for kids.
2 sofa sleepers
Bathroom with toilet, bidet, spacious shower, plenty of towels and wash cloths.
Full kitchen with all cooking utensils and spices. Just bring your food.
Spring water, right out of the tap.

Sleeps 8 adults, more if some are children.
Because of the cool days there is no need for air conditioning, On warmer days the yurt has screen doors and a dome that opens to allow heat to escape. For the cool nights, close the dome and turn on the propane heater or the wood stove for a warm and cozy evening. The yurt also as a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
Guests like the unique feel of the yurt and soon fall in love with its location, views, wildlife and total seclusion.

- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 6 guests.
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.

Fire Pit Guidelines
Pit Construction:
-The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
-Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
-Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.
Safety:
-Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
-Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
-Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
-Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
Firewood:
-Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
-Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
