"I "Adora" Hotel Amfora! This place was so perfect that as soon as I arrived, I didn't want to leave the property!!! I enjoyed fabulous customer service from the start when Miralem rescued me and transported my luggage to the Hotel! Then, the manager, Elio, made sure that My stay was superb! I even dined in the Restaurant for dinner and it was delightful! I walked along the Adriatic and watched a beautiful sunset! Happy in Hvar!!!"

"Lovely hotel with pool and sea swimming. Food was excellent however don’t recommend the Adriatic Shrimp unless you want to spend the meal with your fingers in your food. Fantastic breakfast buffet as well. Very relaxing stay and can see why we found many repeat customers. Hotel can also arrange transport from the airport which allowed us an extra 2 hours sleep on departure! "

"We booked a double room with sea view. However, we were given a room in another hotel (Marko Polo) with no views at all. The hotel is very Eastern European style, old and not too comfortable. However that worked for us since we were out most of the day. The only "comfort" issues were that you can't regulate the AC temperature and nowhere to dry your beach towerls and bathing suits. "The location of the hotel is beautiful being very close to the crystal clear water. There are a lot of options for swimming, sailing, bicycling, and walking in the nice area. The staff is very helpful and speaks several languages. The rooms are however of vary variable quality. There are small very basic rooms and more modern, nice suites. If you are staying for more than 1-2 nights, you should consider one of the better rooms.Breakfast is not good. The coffee, that was served, cannot be coffee....
