A spacious two bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and a beautiful terrace and garden.

Apartment Koke is located very close to the city walls. It is only a 10 minutes walk to the Old Town, nearby beaches, restaurants, airport shuttle bus station, public parking garage, bank, ATM...
Close enough to many attractions, and still far enough from the city crowds and noise that you can relax.

Apartment is renovated and provides kitchen-utensils, washing machine, TV and is air-conditioned.
There are two bedrooms, one with bathroom enclosure and double bed and second one with a single bed that can be made into a double one -queen size.

There is a beautiful terrace outside the apartment, where you can enjoy your meals and relax in peaceful environment.

Apartment is situated in the ground floor of the house, and you have all the place for yourself with the private entrance and private terrace in front of the house.

Me or my friends Belka and Seno will be there to welcome you.

Great location and amenities in Dubrovnik

This was my second stay at this property. The location is walking distance to all the best things. Wi-Fi and heating/cooling are great. I’ll certainly stay here next time I’m in Dubrovnik.

Lovely holiday!

Great stay in lovely apartment close to old town. Good and prompt communication with host and then with Seno, who look after us very well. He have got to back to us with any questions or concerns promptly and was very helpful. The property was clean and well equipped. Outside seating was very peaceful and relaxing most of the time. ( some music at night, but you would expect that being close to the sea front) Perhaps could benefit from more comfortable extra seating, but we managed fine. Just thought it would be nice addition. We would definitely be back again and would recommend to friends and family.

Ideale Lage, um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu gelangen oder baden zu gehen, dabei sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Parkplatzproblem wurde mit Hilfe von Ivana und Seno sehr gut gelöst.

Very pleasant

Our family of four enjoyed our time in this apartment. The flat was well equipped and had everything we needed, including the air conditioning which was so welcome in the heat. This is located uphill from the old town, but Dubrovnik is quite hilly, so be prepared for lots of stairs. The flat is located in a peaceful, quiet area, and nothing disturbed our visit. Seno was helpful and friendly, and we would definitely stay here again!
