What a Gem
The location was fantastic. We were right in old town. Close to many wonderful restaurants. The apartment had a nice big bathroom, the bed was comfortable. Everything we needed. The host has great recommendations, checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Just an amazing find!

Dreckige Bettlaken. Besitzerin die nachts Sturm klingelt damit man die Fensterläden schließt und dazu versucht die Tür aufzusperren. Klimaanlage verliert beim benutzen Wasser. Geschirr im Apartment war dreckig.

This unit was about 80 steps uphill not the 4 pictured in the booking photo making it difficult to drag luggage or supplies up the stairs. in addition i found the unit cold damp and moldy smelling especially at night. I had to ask the booking company repeatedly for a blanket as none was provided. It arrived at 9:30 at night with the unpleasant owners representative who yelled at me for even requesting this. the bedding was damp and unpleasant to sleep on. The unit was so damp that when i washed my clothes the first night in the unit washer and put them on the drying rack provided the clothes never dried in 3 days. In my opinion this unit is not worth renting and the customer service beyond poor.

Très bien.
3 nuits dans ce studio tout équipé dans les remparts, à 2 pas de la rue principale du old Dubrovnik et à 80 marches! Kitchenette, produits d'hygiène, draps, serviettes, clim, wifi. Seul point négatif, l'aération. Une seule fenêtre donc aérer après avoir cuisiné était compliqué.Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour au cœur de Dubrovnik. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés. Nous conseillerons ce studio autour de nous et reviendrons les yeux fermés !

The apartment was quite spacious and well located for exploring the old town. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. The WiFi was good, a/c worked well and kitchen had the essentials. Host was friendly and met us right on time. It is up fairly steep steps which may be an issue if you have heavy luggage. Only negative for me was the bed wasn't that comfortable.

Too many steps to clime up. Very unflexible host. Apartment looks dirty especially the bathroom. I stayed in five different apartment in different Croatian cities. This is definately the worst one.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable
We had a great stay here. Super nice location and friendly host. The apartment is clean and with high standard, with air condition, wi-fi, cooking and refrigerating facilities and even clothing washing machine. We stayed here for 4 nights. After 3 days we got new clean towels, which was nice. This neat studio is everything you need for a stay in Dubrovnik. We loved the street filled with plants outside. The apartment is situated near everything you need (restaurants, bars, shops), but in a quiet street away from most of the tourists. Would recommend for couples. The only thing missing was that there was not possible to contact the host directly, as everything went through the agency.

Lovely apartment, terrible service
My girlfriend and I recently stayed here for three nights as part of a trip around Croatia. Firstly, the apartment itself was lovely. The apartment is located a stone’s throw away from the Main Street in the old town, but is up A LOT of stairs - not a problem for us, but not appropriate with anyone with mobility issues or small children. Unfortunately, that is where our positive review ends. We were met at the apartment by a woman who was, quite frankly, rude. She was short and snappy and didn’t really answer any of our questions. (It seemed like an inconvenience that we wanted to know about the local area.) She explained to us in more than one room at a time and it was not to be put on less than 20°c. She also told us we must turn it off when not in the apartment. One of these stipulations would have been understandable, but all three together meant that apartment was uncomfortably warm the whole stay. We did put the air con down to 19°c one evening, and the following day got an angry email and a note through the door. We enquired by a late check out, sent several emails, none of which were responded to (interesting an email was sent about the air con). We were informed that the bedding would be changed after the second day - it was not (however the towels were). Overall, the apartment is well located, spacious and clean, but the poor service and unbearable air conditioning situation means that we would not return.

Convenient location!
Location was excellent within City Walls and we were greeted by an exceptional host. Lots of restaurants and entertainment in the area, and can walk to all the local attractions. If you can handle a few sets of stairs, this is highly recommended.

Nice studio apartment in the Old Town. Very convenient and Owner is very accessible. I wish washing machine was working but other than that, very quiet and pleasant.

Spacious and lovely apartment right in the heart of Old Town. The host was there to meet us upon arrival and provide orientation. Since it is up 87 steps, people using this accomodation must be able to carry any belongings to the apartment. Has cooking facilities.

Wonderful host who was most helpful.
Property is well equipped and the host was fabulous! Lovely lady who provided good advice and took care to explain everything. The studio is in the heart of the old city. Only thing to improve was communication... and possibly more cooking pots and pans.

Clean. Helpful landlord. Convenient location for visiting Old Town. Parking is not available and must be arranged outside the Old Town. Parking options were EXTREMELY expensive. Overall, the apartment itself was fine but the Old Town was so filled with tourists that it felt like a Disney set. Disappointed.

Staying right in the Old City.
The apartment was clean, well laid out and located in the old city so was great for sightseeing. An charming, authentic apartment - just off the main area and surrounded by great places to eat and little bars. We had a friendly welcome. A lovely place to stay - worth mentioning there are a fair number of steps to get to it, so an absolute no if you have any mobility difficulties.
