The staff is extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating and the facilities are very clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to public transport with 3 bus stops right in front of the hotel. We had booked 3 rooms as we were on a family vacation and the staff remembered all of us really well and immediately offered to change the room when there were some issues. The service is excellent and so is the breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Close to the Heart of Dublin
They were very hospitable. Food was good. The only thing they lacked was air conditioning. And I suppose most of the year they don't need it!

Fine location for access to main sightseeing. Shabby common areas. Room was OK, but washer didn't work and glass was broken on a window. If it had not recently been redecorated it surely would have been severely lacking if the common areas are an indication of how its general condition. Maids also had clean folded linen and towels on the hallway floor during room cleaning.

Walk everywhere from here or just hop on bus at the door. Our room was well laid out with all modern fittings, clean and comfortable, breakfast was good value with full Irish or continental for under €10. Ours was included. Pillows were a tad hard. Overall good value.

The staff was attentive and amiable, and the location was absolutely terrific. Minutes from everything. However, there was a musty smell throughout the guesthouse that was unappetizing, and the breakfast -- a full Irish that came with the room -- was just ok.
