Just don’t 3 nights at this hotel & we enjoyed it very much. The hotel is in an area of Dublin we know well & is close to the Aircoach stop we use from the airport & close to the tourist sights. The hotel is modern & clean with well appointed rooms with a good shower. The staff were friendly & helpful & the breakfast was of a good quality. We would stay here again in the future.

Very pleasant hotel, just off O’Connor street in the heart of Dublin. It is on the North side of the river so a good 10-15 minute walk to Temple Bar etc. A great breakfast and clean rooms with very friendly staff.

Hotel is really well located. Near to the bus stop for buses from the airport and for the hop on hop off tour buses. Also on a tram line if you dont fancy the short walk to south of the river etc. Breakfast was a good choice but may be busy if you arrive at the same time as a tour party. Ate in one evening and the food was tasty. Some issues with room upgrade but were resolved by staff and an apology box of chocolates received. Would certainly stay here again.

We asked 2 times for someone to come and check the air condition. Each time we were told someone would come and no one showed up. Towels were so old that they were almost tearing. And coffee machine was absent. We paid a decent amount for this hotel and expected more.

The hotel was good but our first room ac didn’t work so had to be traded for another room that was smaller. House cleaning didn’t replace coffee and stuff used and both vending machines were broke. Couldn’t get coffee to go at restaurant and coffee machine down stairs only used Euros. Overall it was good. Also make sure you use Parnell street or you’ll walk farther to other hotel
