We stayed here one night before flying home. We were pleased with our stay. It's an older building but the room was very clean and comfortable. It was basic and for the price it was a good value. They are in a really good location and it's just a short walk to the spire, river and Temple Bar area. The bathroom was very small and the water pressure wasn't that good. Our room actually had a small balcony. There is no parking but there are a couple parking garages a few blocks away (15 euros for 24 hours) We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Our stay at Hotel St George by Nina started off very average. Electrical issues resulting in a late check in which the staff were great with offering drinks from the bar. Our first room had very loud people upstairs all night, the toilet didnt flush properly and the shower only drinbled. We spoke to the reception staff the next morning and they were very accommodating, upgrading our room and moving us. The area was ok, we felt unsafe to start with but nothing happened. Depending on which room you get this hotel is convinent and the staff are very lovely.

Very central in Dublin. Hotel rooms OK but dated. Friendly staff. Clean rooms but made up late in the day. Breakfast could be better but the small hotel bar reasonably priced.
Lovely old hotel Nice breakfast available- Front desk very helpful with restaurant choices and public transportation info. Good location for the heart of dublin!

If you’re just looking for a nice place to sleep and shower, this is the perfect hotel. Great location, 10-15 mins from Temple Bar area and plenty of buses very close by. The room itself was somewhat outdated but not to the point of hindering my experience. Bathroom was nice, good sized shower bath. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a deadbolt on the door to my room. Overall had a very good stay!
Excellent location shops one minute walk and bars and restaurants ideal for Connolly street Henry street and temple bar all walkable and brilliant for airport buses
Absolutely recommend a stay at Hotel St.George by Nina. From the front end staff to the house keeping staff, all of them were friendly, professional, and helpful. The building itself is very well maintained and located in a great area with a steady buzz and is in convenient area to reach the heart of the down town district.
The photos are quite not what they appear to be in reality. The staff was always very kind and friendly. The hotel is very outdated. The room is in bare minimum condition. It smelled like bleach from the moment you stepped off the elevator on my floor and all the way inside the room. The picture frame was falling apart, the furniture was very old. The bathroom had two hanging towels and one of them looked like the previous guest used it and put back on the rack. I did not bring up these concerns to the front desk because what could possibly be any different from my room which they said at check in was an “upgrade”. Again the staff was always nice, the area is as far north as you should go when in Dublin (sketchy at night)
Loved this property! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and everything was walking distance. Tons of great restaurants and shops. This building is a bit old but it’s part of the charm.
Hotel was in the city and close to everything. YET, it was very outdated. There is thick carpeting throughout which makes it difficult to walk your luggage. Our first room in the way back of the building had a terrible odor which caused my allergies to suffer. When I called to explain, I was told there was a pharmacy nearby. I had to "insist" on a different room. The 2nd room was a little better and faced the front of the building with a large window that only opened 4 inches. Even though there are elevators, you still need to go up and down stairs. Especially if you're on the 6th floor! The photos do not compare to the actual spaces. Next time, it'll be the Holiday Express down the street!
