Nestled in a beautifully mature estate, this recently upgraded 2-bed home is decorated and equipped with all you need for the perfect family getaway to Dublin. Enter through a long hallway, with a large living space on your left, stairs to the right, and the kitchen straight ahead. A small WC is tucked under the stairs. The spacious connected living and kitchen areas are perfect for family time, with a large table and chairs in the kitchen. The sun trap back garden offers an ideal space for entertaining or relaxing outside.

Upstairs, you'll find a tasteful and modern bathroom and two spacious double bedrooms, each with a double bed. The hidden attic mezzanine, accessible via stairs in the second bedroom, is the real gem. This 'Zen Den' offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful views of Cabinteely's mature tree-scaped surroundings. Equipped with a small single bed, it's perfect for a young child who would enjoy their own cozy den while being close to the second bedroom, making it ideal for families with children.
