Our home offers a large front, back and side yard, great for pre-game gatherings, children's play area or an outdoor family or friends gathering. If you are in the area for business the home is located minutes from interstate 81. This brick ranch style house is in a neighborhood just off route 11. Our small but cozy home comes with its privacy. Hardwood floors accent the home along with the cozy fireplace. Snuggle up by the fire with a blanket & book in one of our comfy living room chairs. Feel safe knowing your neighbor has lived here for many years and the outside perimeter is monitored. Take advantage of the homes business center where we have a printer and free Wi-Fi. The living room is accompanied with a TV where we offer free Netflix. We want you to feel like this is your home. All passwords for amenities will be visible. Easily accessible, we offer a keypad entrance that only you will have the code to. Virginia Tech Football stadium is a short 27 minutes (18 miles) drive. Volvo Trucks North America is 11 minutes (6 miles) away. Walmart, fast food restaurants, and Randolph Park 8 minutes away. Take a short drive north on I-81 and visit the beautiful Claytor Lake State Park, 13 minutes (8 miles) away. Pulaski County Motorsports Park is 5 minutes (3.2 miles) away. Some other local places include Radford University a short 12- minute (7.5 miles) drive and New River Community College 6 minutes (3miles).
