"Beautiful new hotel, reasonably clean and tidy. The price justifys itself in relation to all. It is a long way from the city center. We used it as a base for work. The job we were on in construction was quite a dusty dirty one and we were looking forward to a decent shower. For such a new hotel we expected it to have good water pressure but it was extremly dissapointing. It may be the pressure is turned down to conserve water but if the water pressure is going to be that poor the rating should...

"Lovely family staff, family room clean, good and spacious for a family of 4. Pleasant staff. "

"It was comfortable for 3 people and a good value. The coffee shop is a good spot to get a bite to eat and a drink. It would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom. Corridor sounds are quite loud at times. Beds are very comfortable and overall we were pleased with the quality "

"Great hotel for basic accommodations. It is a pedestrian only walking area so the taxis cannot get to the front entrance. But the tram is right there and the staff is great such as Theresa at Osten Bar and Faye at the front desk and Phil providing that extra excellent service. "
