Not a standard self-contain apartment. It a cottage within a motel complex with separate secure parking. Facilities are just ok Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

The property is specious bed is comfy . Nothing else is worth for the money they are charging. There is no aircon in one large bedroom with 3 beds and another with a queen bed. It is so hard to sleep in these two. In the lounge room the aircon vent was dripping water to the sofa. The pool was dirty and full of bees and wasp. The pillow covers were dirty and doesen't seems to be washed. There were no extra toilet tissues or garbage bags in the house. The wahing machine and dryer was a good thing. No batyeries in the TV and split aircon remots. Overall we were very disappointed with the stay. $750 for 2 nights is far too much for this.

Beautiful stay.
I was under the impression pool was private use not complex use. There were a few cobwebs in rooms but the facility was otherly well maintained. Employees were terrific. I will definetly use them again and recommed to friends. Staff went beyond to supplied a baby porta cot for our stay.

My sister and I travelled from Newcastle to visit the zoo. After having out airb&b cancel at last minute I booked the cottage to fit 2 adults and 4 kids. We couldn’t be happier. Lovely helpful friendly staff, huge amount of room, a swim in the pool, continental breakfast and close to everything.

Dated apartment, Not clean, I wouldn't recommend
Poorly lighting leading to room. Spider webs that look like they have been there for months. Lot of insect in apartment. Couch was in poor condition, dated furniture. nothing looked clean. I was booked in for 4 nights, after night one I had to check myself out. Asked for refund on the other 3 nights, this wasn't granted. Photos are misleading. Need to either update the apartments or take some up to date photos. Sorry I was disappointing with this stay.

Great for a few nights
Room was very clean. Beds were harder than i liked but comfy enough. Pillows were flat. Bedrooms could use an overhall and i was surprised by the lack of usb ports given the fact that not everyone remembers to bring chargers etc but not really a first world problem. The kichen was well equipped and modern. Bathroom was clean but the tiling and shower needed attention. Otherwise a pleasant stay and reception were very understanding of our late arrival. Would stay there again (but would like a better bed and shower).

Most disgusting accommodation I have ever stayed
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Where do I start....The front entrance was filled with mosquitoes, the screen door did not shut properly neither did the door. The walls were dirty and cobwebs everywhere. There were cockroaches climbing up the walls. The lounge had so many marks on it that it looked like it had been picked up off the side of the road. The shower was disgusting....not clean and full of mold. The kitchen stove tops were dirty and rusty and the cupboards and drawers had cockroaches, cockroach poo and human hair including pubic hair!! Enough said.

Needs cleaning
The apartment would be good it it was clean. Couldn't tell when it was given a good vacuum or dust last. The shower was extremely mouldy. My kids refused to shower. Was unsure if bedding was fresh/clean. Sheets were thread bare. There were only 3 plates and bowls, yet accomodation for 4. Only 1 small saucepan and fry pan for cooking. No microwave cooking dishes. Had to ask for dishcloth. Tea towel was old and stained. Free breakfast.... Didn't have a hot drink because there were no clean mugs. Rummaged to find clean plate and knife for toast. Having said all of that with a good regular thorough clean this would be a good apartment.

Our car was Keyes when we complained about fbe people coming from next door sitting on our porch to use Internet. Owner was useless place was filthy and dirty.

We family of four enjoyed our stay at Central Serviced Apartments.All rooms were clean and tidy.Kitchen was beautiful with all appliances.Aircondition was cool. Kids enjoyed in swimming pool.Continental breakfast was amazing.I would recommend to my friends. Thanks for your exellent service.
