My stay at Swissotel Living Al Ghurair was exceptional. The spacious, well-equipped apartments, warm hospitality, and convenient mall access made it a seamless experience. The location is ideal, with easy metro access and great dining options. The breakfast was delightful, and the pool & wellness facilities offered a perfect retreat. I had a great time at the Swiss Hotel in Dubai, Al Ghurair. The hotel was very nice, with excellent service and cleanliness. The only downside was the location, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Excellent property. Did surprise me how specious unit was. Very comfortable. I needed to do early check in and contacted Manager Mustafa and he managed to make unit available for me. He was very friendly and Mustafa gave his mobile no to communicate with me. Too guy.

I had the best time staying at this hotel. Staff was respectful and helpful. It was close to the mall and groceries which made it very convenient for us. Jahirul always kept our room clean. I love staying here and will do again. I had an overall great experience.

Have stayed at this property many times and they have made it comfortable for me. Ms Fatouma and Ms Wellington at the reception were excellent and helped out in every possible way. The breakfast buffet was good but the staff were struggling as it was very crowded and they were having a hard time keeping up even though they were working hard. There is another problem at the breakfast buffet restaurant where they have an open area outside and people were going in and out and the door didn’t close which affected the air conditioning system so it was very hot inside the restaurant as the door was left open. I did inform the restaurant manager but he said unfortunately there was nothing that he could do. Some times people forget that a customers pay for a a pleasant service to be comfortable and it’s important to make the guests comfortable to keep coming back.

Wonderful Stay in Dubai
The Swissotel Living Al Ghurair is a fabulous hotel connected with a mall. The staff were all incredible including our security person (Mavis). We stayed in a really nice apartment which was very large and soundproofed with the bonus of having a washer/dryer unit in addition to a nice kitchen, living room, and balcony with views of the Burj Khalifa. Just really a great stay. Thank You.
