This beautiful two-bedroom apartment has capacity for 6 guests, is spread over 150 sqm and is located on the 19th floor of Lake Views Tower in JLT. The interior is simply beautiful.
The living room features a large brown sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a colorful carpet, as well as paintings on the wall. From within, you can access a balcony furnished with a sofa set and a coffee table, as well as a table with two chairs. The balcony overlooks amazing lake views.
Next to the living room is a dining corner with a white table and four chairs, nested near the open kitchen.
The kitchen at the apartment is compact, yet all inclusive. It features a large countertop with two high chairs, as well as equipment such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, hot water kettle, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker.
Both bedrooms include feature a double bed dressed in fresh white linen and colorful bed covers, nightstands with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, as well as a makeup vanity table with a mirror and a chair.
We can also provide you with extra blankets and pillows for your extra guests, upon request.

The Lake View Tower is part of Cluster B, which can be found in the southwest corner of JLT, beside Lake Almas West. Other buildings in this cluster include The Wind Tower 1 and The Wind Tower 2. The height of Lake View Tower is 481 ft (146.5 metres). This ultra-tall building features 40 stories above ground in addition to three underground levels. All residents of Lake View Tower have easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as a number of fun recreational facilities.
Fast elevators, resident parking, surveillance cameras in public areas, and a security guard on duty round out the building's amenities. - BUS STATION NEAR LAKE VIEW TOWER:
Bus stops near Lake View Tower, Dubai include the one at DMCC Metro on Al Sarayat Street and the other at JLT Business Centre. Both bus stops are accessible in five minutes on foot. Integrated with the fare system of RTA (Road and Transportation Authority), the bus service operates every 20 minutes on the JLT route from the aforementioned stations.

Options for public transportation in Lake View Tower are quite convenient as the building is a short distance from two metro stations: DMCC metro station that offers Red Line service is the nearest, while JLT Metro Station that is next to Dubai Marina on Sheikh Zayed Road is another metro station near Lake View Tower.

Jumeirah Lake Towers, commonly known as JLT, is a sought-after mixed-use community of Dubai. A project of Dubai Multi Commodities Center – DMCC, it is set around four man-made lakes and an area for parkland.
