Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
With an open plan living space complete with WIFI and satellite on the T.V.!! you'll also love the terrace and the sky line views. Great to enjoy the morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket. Please note there is no microwave!
You also have a private car parking space and there is a large supermarket also within walking distance as well as other useful shops.

The Neighborhood:
DAMAC Hills is a well-established self-contained community comprising villas, apartments and a hotel. Home to the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, it also boasts nearly four million square feet of parkland offering various themed areas for relaxation and sports – including restful gardens and lakes, a skate park, stables, football field, tennis courts and more.
Popular food trucks and a resident ice cream van serve the community, along with a Carrefour supermarket, Jebel Ali School, salons and cleaning services, a special Green Zone selling plants, and shuttle service to Mall of the Emirates, with more amenities coming soon.
Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber is available in Dubai if you choose.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.
COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item
FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:

AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
