Please note that lost keys or key cards will incur a charge of AED 1,000 along with an additional AED 500 call-out fee for door opening and the cost of key replacement. Additionally, the apartment is strictly non-smoking and BBQ's are not to be held anywhere in the property. Violations will result in a penalty of AED 2,500.
