2nd time in ibis al riqqa. everything is good, staff are polite and accomodating, location is no.1 being along riqqa street. glass bottled water is provided for eco friendly reasons. great service starts with the doorman helping with luggages out of the taxi, then easy check in and out, then the same doorman gets a taxi for airport transfers. will book again. thanks ibis al riqqa.
