"We stayed two different nights, before and after riding the Otago Central Rail Trail. The cottage is cute, cozy and has everything you need for a stay. The bed was comfy, bedding was soft and warm, and the bathroom was well stocked. I would highly recommend this cottage in a very adorable village. The hosts even kept our rental car while we were biking which was just fantastic. Thank you Doug and Marilyn!"

"A wonderful hotel room. Very spacious with good facilities and on the ground floor (there’s no lift). The onsite restaurant is good, which is essential as the hotel is 7km from the nearest town (Cromwell). The lake makes a nice backdrop and a good place to walk."

"This place felt like a home. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. My husband, and 2 friends stayed 4 nights. It was a great location, close to town but not in town. The house was built by the family so it really had a family charm to it. Steve came by and chatted to give us a warm welcome. "
