This would be a five-star review except for a few things (and really I’d give it 3.5 stars if it was an option): it was a very neat place but so dusty under furniture and beds- every one of us suffered from the moment we entered the house until the moment we left. "Great spot for a friends' getaway! The house is spacious with a bright, big living room perfect for gatherings. The location is stunning, nestled in a beautiful area with a hiking trail right in the backyard. Plus, there are interesting places to visit nearby like Historic Deerfield and Shelburne Falls. The only downside was some machinery noise from the first floor, especially at night. Overall, a lovely stay!"

"We rented for about 7 weeks during the ski season. The house is a short 10-15 minute drive from Mount Snow. It's situated high up on Chimney Hill and gets beautiful sunrises. The house itself was well stock with basics and quite comfortable, especially with the large beds and cozy down comforters. We enjoyed using the wood burning stove when it was cold.
