It’s advertised as capable of sleeping 10 but 2 double beds three sofas with no linen and a kids bunkbed is stretching it a bit. We should have asked for more specifics about where all 12 of us would sleep but we finally found 2 inflatable mattresses under the stairwell with duvets and pillows ( no bed sheets or pillow cases). Ad says AC Ad states playground, which there is no playground at this location.
