They helped with our luggage and we were welcomed to our rooms with fresh baked shortbread cookies and prosecco. It was lovely. Also, she made sure that I was aware that there was a train strike ongoing in case I was planning to go on the trains. Location of hotel is really good. Nearby to public transport, local attractions and places to eat. Hotel itself has a restaurant with a reasonably priced menu. "
