"The staff, particularly the Operations Manager, were super helpful to accommodate my imposed change of plans - thank you! The hotel is great: nice staff, big selection for tasty breakfast, fabulous location for ferry to central Hamburg, and not far from altesland."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut im Haus als Großfamilie verteilen. Der Bereich Küche sollte im Rahmen der Endreinigung auch komplett gecheckt werden und zwischendurch auch der Bedarf an Küchenutensilien ergänzt werden.
