"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. "Pleasant hotel for a short stay, the room was spacious, clean and quiet (perfect after a long day). Location is out of the city area but serviced very well by the public bus service. If staying here, make sure you have everything you need before you arrive, I didn't find any shops locally.
