The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom contemporary rustic home on 5+ acres features expansive decks above the creek with breathtaking views, a covered stone palapa and perfect for you and your pet!

The bedroom features a plush king bed in the bedroom, a well appointed bathroom, and a Serta premium queen sleeper sofa in the large living room. Luxe linens, organic bath products, including upscale rustic furnishings and artwork make this home as inspiring as the outdoor experience that comes with this rental. Dripping Springs is the first "International Dark Sky Community" in Texas, prepare to enjoy the best star gazing from unlimited vantage points. You'll enjoy fishing in Flat Creek, swim, or kayak, take the canoe out, sit in the garden, whatever your heart desires.

We welcome your well behaved pet indoors!

The creek offers swimming, fishing (poles provided), and canoeing (provided), laying on rafts or hiking. You may or may not encounter anyone else your entire stay. Minutes from countless attractions this property affords an exceptional experience to rest and refresh.

You will love the modern kitchen, it has everything for your cooking pleasure (spices, etc) The dining table has a beautiful views including playful birds and fox. If there is anything you'll need I am available and live in the neighborhood. Few hosts are as responsive. Enjoy a few snacks, provided drinking water, organic local roasted coffee and a grinder, too. Bath products are organic, many special touches to make this property second to none.

BONUS! Included in the rental is the "Luckenbach cabin" a rustic game room with a pool table, ping pong, darts, game tables, and more. Open the windows, turn on the fans in the summer or heater in the winter. This is another great part of this "Texas Style" rental.

The entire property, including the garden, home and guest cabin is serviced via rain water collection. Because of our limited rain, we ask each guest be conservative. Please limit your footprint as you explore this Eco sensitive part of our Hill Country.

Clean and Peaceful
Harriett was always so quick to reply to my messages. The cabin was tucked away in a gated community and it was very peaceful and very clean. The cabin had everything we needed. I brought extra cooking supplies but didn't even need it. However, we felt like the game room had been a little neglected and could use a little updating. Our two golden doodles loved the creek and the canoe rides. We went mainly to do the wine trail and we were about 45 minutes from all the wineries. We were far enough from the busyness but close enough to enjoy the wineries. Thank you Harriett!

This place is a blessing!
This was our second trip to Fiddlers Creekside, and it was just as amazing as the first, but even better, as our first trip was 7 yrs ago, during a severe drought. The beauty is hard to describe, the place is the cleanest I've ever been to(I literally couldn't find a spec of dust in the house) and all the extras that Harriett provides makes the place feel like home. We had a perfect mixture of thunderstorms, rain showers, and sunshine, so we were able to enjoy hearing rain from the porch, fishing during some beautiful showers, playing pool through thunderstorms, canoeing the creek, sunbathing in the afternoons, and stargazing at night. To say the least it was perfection, and we can't thank our host enough for sharing this incredible place with us and our fur-babies! sunshine to make our stay the phome

What a wonderful retreat!
We loved staying at Fiddlers Creek! Enjoyed relaxing, watching the hummingbirds, walking down to the creek and swimming. Brought our dog and he loved it too! Perfect getaway for a couple and their dog.

A Very Special Place
We absolutely loved our stay at Fiddler’s Creekside! The property has so many amazing views and spots to explore and is full of birds, butterflies and wildflowers. The creek water was wonderfully clear and so fun to canoe around on. The treehouse-like deck and front porch of the cabin are so relaxing to hang out on and sip your coffee or cold beer. We loved this place so much that we decided to skip 3 days of planned excursions and spend the rest of our time at this magical place! The interior of the house has a wonderfully spacious great room with an eclectic mix of art and historical features. And the king size bed was soooo comfortable. Harriet was a such a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and was wonderful to communicate with. We hope to return to this beautiful spot in the future!

The house was extremely clean and the perfect remote location for a fun weekend looking at the stars. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would love to come back when it is cooler or when there is more water in the river.

My husband and I had great time at the place. We were there for Christmas Vacation for 2 nights with my dog. Location was easy to find, clean, many amenities, excellent view and private creek. I wish there was a light on the deck bench area, other than that everything was great.
