• Only 3 licensed vehicles parked per lot
• NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)
• Per the amenities section, there is no air conditioning
• The garage houses the entertainment room so is not available for vehicles
• While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
